Bachelor of Arts or Science in University Studies
Some students prefer to design their own curriculum based on personal preferences for course material not readily offered at a small university. Students may study pre-law or pre-medicine or specific areas of classics or very focused areas of business. The Department of Business strives to instill Christian values in its students and to develop individuals who are committed to the ethical and moral standards in business fostered by the Christian faith. The Department places emphasis on quality teaching and is committed to supporting activities that help advance the economic development of the primary geographical area that the Department serves. Students completing the undergraduate general education requirements should:
Possess a fundamental knowledge of the basic core subjects.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of their area(s) of specialization
Be prepared to pursue graduate studies in a various array of disciplines.
Be able to apply Christian values in their employment practices.
All bachelor of science or bachelor of arts students must complete
general education requirements totaling 50 hours
at least 39 advanced hours of courses specifically offered to each student with an overall GPA greater than 2.0.
THERE IS NO MAJOR OR MINOR FOR THIS DEGREEa total of at least 120 semester hours with an overall GPA greater than 2.0.
